Microhardness testing

Description

The microscratch tester MST from CSEM can measure the microhardness of a wide range of materials, with a very high accuracy. It features a Vickers indenter that can apply forces between 3 mN and 30 N. It is an essential tool for studying thin films and functional coatings.

Uses

  • Measure microhardness
