The GCM facilities are open to researchers from Québec, Canada and anywhere else. We possess a unique pool of equipment for the fabrication and modification of materials, worth $50 M. Such a concentration of equipment enables one, in many cases, to carry out the full project within our facilities. Our knowledgeable staff consisting of 18 engineers, physicists, chemists and technicians will be pleased to assist you in your project.

Methods of use

  If you already know how to operate an instrument or if your project requires the intensive use of an apparatus, you can use it autonomously. Training is available upon request.

Custom training

The GCM regularly offers training on its equipment. If you already know a fabrication or measurement technique, we can give a training focused on the characteristics of the apparatus and its use. Once the training is completed, our researchers remain available to assist you in your project.
